A list of improvements provided by the homeowner
Information about multiple offers
Blueprints
A list of recent neighborhood sales and listings that you’ve deemed similar
Any information about off-market or pocket listings
Your CMA
Information about what other properties the buyer viewed
Information about the neighborhood.
